Committee discusses corruption prevention act and trust in watchdog

Ljubljana, 17 October - Calls to overhaul the act on corruption prevention were in the focus as the parliamentary Justice Committee discussed the 2017 report of the KPK anti-corruption commission on Wednesday. Justice Minister Andreja Katič noted data showed a drop in the number of cases reported to the KPK, she however hopes this was not a result of a decline in trust.
