Decision on army pay rise to be amended

Ljubljana, 25 September - A decision on a 19% pay rise for soldiers made by chief of the general staff of the Slovenian Armed Forces, Maj-Gen Alan Geder, in June will be amended after auditors of the Defence Ministry found it to be in discrepancy with the law. According to the ministry, the rise benefited too many soldiers.
