Dnevnik says Črnčec's appointment undermined trust

Ljubljana, 22 September - Before the minority government has even started to work, it found itself facing a challenge that is harder that one could imagine. The appointment of Damir Črnčec as state secretary for national security in the PM's office remains an unexplained move that is difficult to understand, the newspaper Dnevnik comments on Saturday.
