Cerar determined to keep Slovenia among "countries that mean well"

Ljubljana, 14 September - Miro Cerar, who took over on Friday as foreign minister, announced he would strive to have Slovenia, which is always strongly affected by world events, react timely to changes and feature "among countries that mean well, fight for democratic values, the rule of law and human rights". Jožef Česnik also took over as minister for Slovenians abroad.
