Slovenian takes over CoE democratic participation directorate

Ljubljana, 23 June - Slovenian Matjaž Gruden has taken over the directorate of democratic citizenship and participation at the Council of Europe (CoE). Gruden, who has until now headed the CoE's policy planning directorate, told the STA that his biggest challenge will be to raise awareness among member states about the directorate's field of work.
