Slovenia unable to find surgeons for paediatric cardiology programme

Ljubljana, 20 June - The nightmare for parents of children with congenital heart disease in Slovenia is continuing, with the head of UKC Ljubljana Aleš Šabeder confirming on Wednesday the hospital had not been able to find the two surgeons needed to provide uninterrupted care. Two regular paediatricians will do their best to fill in for the time being.
