Luka Koper's delayed expansion plans deferred further by court decision
Koper, 25 May - Plans by port operator Luka Koper to expand Pier 1 have suffered another blow: after waiting for an environmental approval by the Environment Agency for around two years, the document has now been annulled by the Nova Gorica Administrative Court in a dispute between the Koper Municipality and the agency.
