Delo says authorities out of synch when eco disasters happen

Ljubljana, 25 April - The newspaper Delo says in a commentary on Wednesday that the Slovenian authorities act like an orchestra out of synch when it comes to taking measures in the aftermath of environmental disasters, as ministries are not even capable of answering the question which one is responsible.
