Insider trading verdict for former Petrol boss upheld
Ljubljana, 21 April - The Ljubljana Higher Court has upheld a major guilty verdict for insider trading as it endorsed a one-year suspended sentence against Marko Kryžanowski, the CEO of state-controlled energy trader Petrol between 2005 and 2009, just days before the case was to become statute barred.
