New vote for CoE Human Rights Commissioner tomorrow
Strasbourg, 23 January - The vote for the Council of Europe's new human rights commissioner produced no overall winner on Tuesday, so a new round will be held tomorrow. Slovenia's Justice Minister Goran Klemenčič won the lowest number of votes.
