FM warns govt could collapse if aliens act is applied for Shamieh case

Ljubljana, 20 November - The head of the coalition Pensioners' Party (DeSUS) and Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec has warned that the application of the aliens act in the case of Syrian refugee Ahmad Shamieh could lead to a collapse of the government as the act could be "abused" and lead to an "illegal solution proposal by Prime Minister Miro Cerar".
