Preliminary results indicate rail investment law upheld
Ljubljana, 24 September - Preliminary results indicate opponents of the law governing the Divača-Koper rail upgrade have failed to bring the legislation down, as a majority who voted in Sunday's referendum appear to have upheld the law and turnout was too low to pass muster.
