In first Letter to Europe Stefan Hertmans sees hope for the Continent

Ptuj, 19 August - Flemish author Stefan Hertmans has written the first Letter to Europe at the initiative of the Days of Poetry and Wine festival starting in Ptuj next week, finding that even though Europe is in a deep crisis there is hope.
