Primorske novice unconvinced with rule of law despite Bavčar ruling

Koper, 25 May - Commenting on the Ljubljana Higher Court's decision to uphold guilty rulings in the Istrabenz case, the regional daily Primorske novice writes in Thursday's commentary that while it was a moment of relief, it does not mean that "we can be happy with the functioning of the rule of law".
