Citing compensation scheme, European court throws out Bosnian saver's LB complaint
Strasbourg, 27 April - Citing the ongoing implementation of a compensation scheme for unpaid Yugoslav-era savings in the LB bank, the European Court of Human Rights has ruled as inadmissible a Bosnian saver's complaint against Slovenia over his uncollected savings.
