EBRD exits insurer Prva Group
Ljubljana, 1 March - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will exit life and pension insurer Prva Group at the end of March. Its 20% stake will be transferred to the majority shareholder, the company Dej, Prva Group announced on Wednesday.
