Finance wonders who will benefit from rail track to Koper port

Ljubljana, 12 January - The daily Finance wonders on Thursday who will make major profits from the state project of building a second rail track between the port of Koper and the Divača hub, worth more than EUR1m, as it all seems the project is being rushed to make it too big to be shut down.
