C-bank, govt welcome landmark ruling, bondholders dismayed

Ljubljana, 27 October - The main protagonists of the wiping-out of subordinated bondholders and shareholders of banks welcomed Thursday a landmark Constitutional Court decision clearing the 2013 bail-in. Bondholders are disappointed but hope they can recover some of their losses in courts.
