Večer thinks Slovenians did not use independence potential

Maribor, 26 October - The day in 1991 when the last Yugoslav soldiers left Slovenian soil from the port of Koper did not mean much until last year, when Slovenia declared it Sovereignty Day, the daily Večer says on Wednesday. Unfortunately, Slovenians did not make the best of the unique opportunity that laid before them 25 years ago.
