Independent Slovenia not a gift, PM tells Sovereignty Day ceremony
Ljubljana, 25 October - The state in which Slovenians live today is not a gift, it is a responsibility, it is hard work and striving for development, Prime Minister Miro Cerar stressed at a ceremony marking the 25th anniversary of the day when the last soldier of the Yugoslav People's Army (JLA) left Slovenia.
