Waiting times, austerity, increasing sick leave spending

Ljubljana, 24 October - Projections by the ZZZS, the public provider of mandatory heath insurance, show sick leave expenditure rising by nearly a tenth next year. Long waiting times are seen as the main cause of the increase, along with austerity measures and higher retirement age.
