Debt, deficit figures for January-June to be released

Ljubljana, 30 September - The Statistic Office will release on Friday general government deficit and public debt figures for the first half of the year. At the end of the first quarter the the deficit stood at EUR 313m or 3.4% of GDP. The government plans on bringing it down to 2.2% of GDP by the end of the year.
