Russian Chapel ceremony a crowd draw
Vršič, 30 July - The boreal forest surrounding the Russian Chapel was overflowing with people gathered there on Saturday for the annual ceremony in memory of Russian POWs killed there during WWI. Despite a delay of over an hour and extraordinary security measures, the mood was upbeat if restrained befitting the memorial nature of the ceremony.
