Ombudsman notes lack of adequate detention facilities

Ljubljana, 26 July - The Office of the Human Rights Ombudsman has highlighted in a special report the problem of inadequate spacial capacities at institutions responsible for persons deprived of their liberty. Issues were also discovered in the treatment of vulnerable groups at such institutions.
