Merger of electricity traders one step closer

Ljubljana, 25 July - The shareholders of Elektro Ljubljana endorsed at Monday's general assembly meeting the planned merger of its subsidiary Elektro energija with the fellow Gen-I, in what is one of the last steps in the creation of the largest electricity trader in the country.
