Finance says government should reform public sector first

Ljubljana, 1 July - Before Public Administration Minister Boris Koprivnikar continues wage talks with public sector trade unions, he should draw up the entire organisational structure of the public sector to make it more efficient, the business daily says in Friday's commentary.
