Ljubljana, 29 November (STA) - Schedule of events in the week from 30 November to 6 December:

MONDAY, 30 November
        LJUBLJANA - The Statistics Office will present the inflation figures for November and GDP and state deficit estimates for the third quarter.
        TRIESTE - Minister for Slovenians Abroad Bostjan Zeks will pay an official visit to Italy.
        BRUSSELS, Belgium - Labour Minister Ivan Svetlik is to attend a meeting of EU ministers for employment and social affairs.
        BRUSSELS, Belgium - Interior Ministry State Secretary Goran Klemencic will participate in a meeting of the EU Justice and Home Affairs Council.
        LJUBLJANA - Prime Minister Borut Pahor is to meet representatives of environmental NGOs.
        LJUBLJANA - Finance Minister Franc Krizanic is to present the work of his ministry in the past year.
        LJUBLJANA - Press conference of the Labour, Family and Social Affairs ministry on the family law bill proposal.
        LJUBLJANA - Press conference of the government Office for Development and European affairs on its current activities.
        ZAGREB, Croatia - Justice Minister Ales Zalar is to attend an event wrapping a project dedicated to mediation as an alternative way of solving court disputes.
        LJUBLJANA - President Danilo Tuerk will be the keynote speaker at a ceremony marking the 20th anniversary of a police campaign which prevented a rally which Serbian nationalists wanted to stage in Ljubljana.

TUESDAY, 1 December
        LJUBLJANA - President Danilo Tuerk will receive the first President of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy.
        BRUSSELS, Belgium - Finance Minister Franc Krizanic is to attend an session of the Economic and Financial Affairs Council (ECOFIN).
        ATHENS, Greece - Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar is to attend a session of the OSCE Ministerial Council; until 2 December.
        BRUSSELS, Belgium - Justice Minister Ales Zalar is to attend a meetin of the EU Justice and Home Affairs Council.
        TRIESTE, Italy - The heads of both umbrella organisations of the Slovenian minority in Italy, Drago Stoka and Rudi Pavsic, are expected to meet Renzo Tondo, the premier of Italy's Friuli-Venezia Giulia region.
        LJUBLJANA - Ceremony marking the 90th anniversary of the Ljubljana University. President Danilo Tuerk, PM Borut Pahor and several cabinet members will be on hand.

        MADRID, Spain - Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar is to attend an informal dinner hosted by Spanish counterpart Miguel Angel Moratinos ahead of Spain's presidency over the European Council.
        LJUBLJANA - Several parliamentary bodies will be in session, among them the Public Finance Oversight Commission.
        PARIS, France - Local Government Henrik Gjerkes is to attend an OECD symposium on territorial development policies.
        LJUBLJANA - Public Administration Irma Pavlinic Krebs is to meet Dutch Ambassador Johannes Douma.
        LJUBLJANA - A debate on 19th century Slovene poet and author Valentin Vodnik is to be held as part of the 200th anniversary of the Illyrian Provinces.

THURSDAY, 3 December
        BRUSSELS, Belgium - Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar is to attend a meeting of NATO foreign ministers; until 4 December.
        LJUBLJANA - Regular weekly government session.
        LJUBLJANA - Session by several parliamentary commissions, including by a commission examining the involvement of Higher Education Minister Gregor Golobic in alleged tax evasion and cronyism.
        LJUBLJANA - The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS) is to host a business summit, also attended by President Danilo Tuerk and Prime Minister Borut Pahor.
        BRUSSELS, Belgium - Minister for Slovenians Abroad Bostjan Zeks will attend a session of the The European Academies Science Advisory Council (EASAC).
        ZAGREB - Transport Ministry State Secretary Igor Jakomin is to attend the annual ministerial meeting of the South-East Europe Transport Observatory (SEETO).
        LJUBLJANA - President Danilo Tuerk and Prime Minister Borut Pahor will hold a reception marking International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
        LJUBLJANA - Education Minister Igor Luksic is to present changes to the act on children with special needs.
