Ljubljana, 19 November (STA) - Below is a schedule of events for Thursday, 19 November:

BRUSSELS, Belgium - PM Borut Pahor is expected to attend an extraordinary EU summit at which the president and the foreign minister of the bloc are to be chosen; working dinner starts at 6 PM.

LJUBLJANA - The parliament will debate changes to the deputies act which prevent one person from serving as an MP and mayor at the same time, and appoint two central bank vice-governors. MPs are to vote on the new legislation at 9:40 PM. (STA/PHOTO)

LJUBLJANA - The government will meet for its weekly session at 10 AM. It is debate the question to be posed in a referendum on the arbitration agreement with Croatia and changes to the act on police among other things. (STA/PHOTO)

CERKLJE OB KRKI - Croatian Chief-of-Staff, General Josip Lucic will pay a visit to Slovenia, speaking to the press with his Slovenian counterpart, Maj Gen Alojz Steiner at 4 PM.

LJUBLJANA/BLED - Greek President Karolos Papoulias will wrap up his official visit to Slovenia with a sightseeing tour of Ljubljana together with Mayor Zoran Jankovic, and a visit to lake-side resort of Bled.

RADECE - Workers at the Radece paper mill will stage a token strike. The in-house trade union will present the reasons for the strike at 9:30 AM.

LJUBLJANA - NGO Alpe Adria Green will present to the press at 11 AM a lawsuit filed at a court in Italy against the gas terminal in the Gulf of Trieste to be constructed by company Gas Natural.

LJUBLJANA - A group of friendship with Cyprus will be established in the National Assembly at its maiden session starting at 8:50 AM.

KRANJSKA GORA - As part of Days of European Law, a panel chaired by law professor Ciril Ribicic will discuss ways of strengthening constitutional democracy in Slovenia and Europe, starting at 5:30 PM.

LJUBLJANA - The National Council will host a debate on children's rights 20 years after the adoption of the convention on the rights of the child, starting at 10 AM.

LJUBLJANA - The Museum of Contemporary History will host an exhibition on the aftermath of the Velvet Revolution, which will open at 6 PM.

LJUBLJANA - The renovated arts centre Spanski borci (Spanish Freedom Fighters) will open at 8 PM.

THE HAGUE, Netherlands - Justice Minister Ales Zalar will present Slovenia's experience with mediation at conference "Moving Mediation", and discuss the reform of the European Human Rights Court with his Dutch counterpart Ernst Hirsch Ballin.

MALMO, Sweden - Public Administration Ministry State Secretary Tina Terzan will attend a three-day informal meeting on e-government (5th Ministerial e-Government Conference Teaming Up for the e-Union).

BELGRADE, Serbia - On behalf of the Slovenian Bishops' Conference, Maribor Archbishop Franc Kramberger will attend the funeral of the late Serb Orthodox Church Patriarch Pavle, who died on Sunday.

LJUBLJANA - Italian singer Eros Ramazzotti will perform in Ljubljana at 8 PM as part of his world tour, with the organisers announcing the concert as "something you should not miss". His first concert here in 1993 was sold out.
