Commenting on Pahor's meeting with Croatian Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor in Zagreb on Monday, Jansa said that there was no progress in the talks, as could be expected.
"Croatia had done nothing at home on this agreement, which is why there could not have been any progress at today's meeting. This raises the question of why it was even held," Jansa said.
The leader of the Democrats (SDS) believes that it is good for Slovenia that no progress has been made on an agreement that is bad for Slovenia.
Jansa accused Pahor of misleading the Slovenia public about its contents. In his opinion, there is no obligation for the arbitration tribunal to determine the junction of Slovenian waters with the high seas.
Instead, Jansa says there is a "general wording that Slovenian junction with the high seas be determined, which could mean anything".
Pahor has maintained that the arbitration agreement on ways for resolving the border issue with Croatia included the demand that the contact of Slovenian territorial waters with international waters be determined.
