Ljubljana, 1 April (STA) - The European Commission reprimanded Slovenia this week for lack of competition on its fixed telephony market, while the Statistics Office said March saw 1% inflation in what was the first increase in prices this year. The first estimate for 2006 sets the general government deficit at 1.4% of GDP, down 0.1 of a percentage point on 2005.
